Going to Interviews can be nerve-wracking experiences, no matter how many times you've done it and especially if you're not sure what questions to expect.   5. Why do you want to work for our company?
  6.   Do your research on the company and find specific reasons why you want to work for them. Mention their mission, values, or a recent project that caught your attention.  
  7. What are your salary expectations?
  8.   Research the industry standard for the role and be honest about your expectations. You can also ask if there's room for negotiation based on your experience and qualifications.  
  9. How do you handle stressful situations?
  10.   Give an example of a stressful situation you've faced in the past and how you managed it. Focus on your problem-solving skills and how you stay calm under pressure.  
  11. Can you tell me about a time you worked successfully in a team?
  12.   Give an example of a successful project you worked on with a team, highlighting your role in the project's success. Talk about how you communicated effectively and worked collaboratively.  
  13. What motivates you?
  14.   Think about what drives you in your career and mention it in your answer. Whether it's achieving goals or helping others, be specific and show enthusiasm.  
  15. Where do you see yourself in five years?
  16.   Be honest about your career goals and how the role fits into them. Focus on how the company can help you achieve those goals.  
  17. What is your leadership style?
  Talk about your leadership style and give an example of how you've successfully managed a team. If you're new to leadership, mention how you're actively learning and improving your skills.
